Licensed in 1985, I  started servicing Ashland, Richland and surrounding counties.  After a few years, I traveled north into the Elyria and Cleveland markets merging the two areas together. This expanded my knowledge within the commercial and residential market.

For the past ten years I have worked with local zoning.  This allows me share my experiences with both commercial and residential clients with full representation from initial contact to rezoning the parcel of land for your specific needs.  My recent appointment to Ashland County Planning will further assist me in spotting the changes taking place and to help identify future directions for potential real estate development.
